3. Custom Jewelry Orders

We proudly offer customized jewelry services. Please note:

  • Custom orders are non-refundable and non-cancellable once production begins.
  • Design confirmations must be approved via email or message.
  • Production timelines vary (typically 10–21 business days depending on complexity).
  • Any changes post-approval may incur additional charges.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in INR (₹) and include applicable taxes. We accept secure payment through credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and selected EMI options. Veluxe Diamond reserves the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We offer free insured shipping across India.

  • Standard Delivery Time: 7–14 business days after order confirmation.
  • You will receive tracking information once your order is shipped.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural calamities, or uncontrollable factors.

6. Returns & Exchange Policy

We take pride in our craftsmanship. If for any reason you're not satisfied:

  • You may return standard (non-custom) items within 7 days of delivery for store credit or exchange.
  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging.
  • Custom orders, engraved items, or made-to-order products are not eligible for return.
  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

7. Repair & Warranty

Veluxe Diamond offers a 6-month warranty on all products for any manufacturing defects.
