Eligibility:

  • To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all packaging and documentation included.
  • All customized, engraved, or personalized pieces are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange, as they are specially made to order.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:

If you’d like to return or exchange an item, simply reach out to us via the Contact Us page within 14 days of receiving your order. We’ll guide you through the next steps.

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 1–2 business days.
Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable, and if return shipping is required, it will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges:

We’re happy to replace items if they arrive defective or damaged. Please contact us within the return window to arrange a replacement.

Gifts:

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be issued to you.

Return Shipping:

  • We recommend using a trackable service and insuring your package, especially for items over $200.
